Overview

Florist Quote is designed as a local-first iPhone app for wedding florists. The app helps users create quotes, manage templates and library items, attach photos, build shopping lists, generate PDFs, and view reports.

Data collection

Florist Quote does not require an account and does not send your quote, template, library, photo, shopping list, report, or settings data to our servers in the initial release. Subscription access is handled through Apple In-App Purchase.

Subscriptions and purchases

Florist Quote offers optional paid subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription purchases, billing, renewals, free trials, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are managed by Apple.

Florist Quote does not collect or store your credit card number or Apple ID password. The app may receive and store limited subscription status information from Apple, such as whether your subscription or free trial is active, expired, restored, or in a billing grace period. This information is used only to unlock paid app features and manage subscription access.

Information stored on your device

The app may store the following information locally on your device: quotes, client names entered by you, event details, floral templates, library items, photos you attach, shopping lists, reports, settings, business logo, and generated PDF files.

Camera and photo library

The app asks for camera and photo library access so you can add photos of arrangements, flowers, supplies, rentals, templates, and your business logo. Photos selected or captured in the app are stored locally for use inside the app.

Sharing PDFs

When you choose to share a quote PDF, the app uses the native iOS share sheet. You control where the PDF is sent or saved.

Analytics, ads, and tracking

The initial release of Florist Quote does not include ads, tracking, analytics SDKs, or third-party account systems.

Data deletion

You can delete quotes, templates, library items, photos, and other app content from within the app. You can also remove the app from your device, which may remove locally stored app data according to iOS behavior.
